Before our next meeting, make sure you

- completed your first reading assignment (R1) details are in your welcome letter (sprint 0)
- are available for the proposed video conference schedule
Please be prepared for the first session. All of our video conferencing sessions are discussions that assume you have completed the previous assignments.
We will be giving you some immediate assignments and intriguing challenges. These challenges will have you looking at your work and your career differently. The mindset you develop will be the exceptional difference that raises your performance and your organization’s.
